- You get an exact estimate after a short call
A chatbot can be an assistant with five buttons or an AI agent connected to your CRM. That’s why “how much does it cost?” has several answers. Here’s our starting price, what makes it grow and which costs come after launch.
What you get for €150
The starting price covers a simple bot, ready to work:
- one clear scenario: frequent questions, a request or a booking;
- one channel: website, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber;
- requests passed to your team — on Telegram, by email or into a spreadsheet;
- testing and launch.
What makes the price grow
- Number of scenarios. Every new process — orders, bookings, complaints — has its own steps.
- Channels. The same bot on your website, Telegram and WhatsApp needs work for each channel.
- AI. A bot that understands free-form messages and answers from your documents needs data preparation and more careful testing.
- Integrations. Connections to a CRM, 1C, spreadsheets or a booking system.
- Languages. Replies in Romanian, Russian and English.
Costs after launch
- The server — where the bot runs, usually paid monthly.
- AI model usage — if the bot runs on ChatGPT, Claude or another model, you pay by message volume.
- WhatsApp Business — Meta has its own fees for API conversations.
- Support — new copy, new scenarios and improvements after the first conversations.
Our estimates list these costs separately, so you know your monthly spend from the start.
A chatbot pays for itself when it takes over the questions your team gets dozens of times a day.
How to save
- start with one channel — where your clients already write to you;
- start with buttons and add AI only where it’s really needed;
- prepare your list of frequent questions and answers in advance;
- add integrations once you see how clients use the bot.
